We organised a pest control treatment with NSW Pest Control for a German cockroach infestation, and they did not show up for our booking. We were in communication with them in the days leading up to our scheduled appointment, which means we had written confirmation that the booking was scheduled for Tuesday 19th March at 8am. Also, a couple of days before the scheduled booking they provided a quote for a one level house German cockroach treatment, which we agreed to. The following day when we reached out to confirm the appointment and quote, we received another quote which was more than 3 times the original quote. Obviously we questioned this and their response was that they had mixed up the quotes for another property. This should have been a red flag but mistakes happen so we gave them the benefit of the doubt.On the day of our booking they did not show up. Upon them not showing up, we called them several times and they did not pick up the phone. The phone was switched off and we were unable to get through. We sent messages and left voicemails asking if they were still coming to our property and we heard nothing back. They did not communicate to us that they were running late, or that they could no longer attend our booking. We waited over an hour and then sent them a message to let them know that we’ve cancelled on our end due to their complete lack of communication. We heard nothing back from them, and they still haven’t contacted us to this day about not showing up to our booking. The complete lack of communication from this company is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. We changed our entire schedule to accomodate for pest control to come that day and they did not bother to show up at our agreed time. We originally booked with this company due to the amount of good reviews they had on Google, but after our experience with them, I don't understand why they have so many good reviews. Stay away - I do not recommend this company at all.

I thought I lost this guys contact details and couldn’t find on google again for the longest time!! He treated my house over a year ago and there hasn’t been a single sign of German roaches since then!! Very thorough and detailed application ensured that the colony was wiped out within a week!! I have been looking for his contact details to refer to a friend! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS !!! Very happy and never forgot how impressed I’ve been. Left a lasting impression for sure.
